  • Ensure secure and user-friendly computerization of the healthcare system enabling the sharing of medical records between healthcare providers (patient summary) and data sharing between healthcare and social systems;<\/li>
  • strengthen patients\u2019 rights to own their health data \u2013 patients can access their health data online and decide for themselves whether and how it can be shared;<\/li>
  • remove barriers to the widespread use and sharing of health datasets (big data) and ensure their greater involvement in analyzing population health, health effectiveness and health outcomes. systems, drug registration and efficacy and, in particular, personalized medicine;<\/li>

      • In line with the national Health 2030 strategy, ensure the achievement of health promotion and disease prevention targets, ensure sufficient financial resources for the expansion of prevention programmes and extend the application of HTA principles to preventive interventions (e.g., vaccinations, preventive screenings, prophylaxis, etc.);<\/li>
      • increase the health literacy of the population to prevent serious diseases and promote health;<\/li>
